Following the French road, the 2 Fit Birds will trek 500 miles from St. Jean Pied Du Port, over the French Pyrenees to Santiago De Compostela in the North West of Spain. Just to put this in to perspective this is the equivalent to walking on a treadmill 24 hours a day for 10 days.

This demanding 8 day hike will take the 2 Fit Birds through dense forests and over mountain passes to the lost city of the Incas and the ruins of Machu Picchu. During this hike, altitudes reach 8000 feet where the oxygen level is 35% less than at sea level.

This challenge takes the 2 Fit Birds to the triathlon capital of the world. With no rest between each discipline and competing against fellow triathletes from around the world, they will be attempting to swim 1 mile, cycling 25 miles and finally running 6 miles all in under 3 hours. Hard to imagine? This is the equivalent of going round Old Trafford Football Pitch 146 times in less than 3 hours.
